Thank you for shopping with madkid. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags
- In the original packaging
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at general@madkidclothing.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you need is to return the original item and place a new order separately once your return has been accepted.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that bank or credit card processing times may delay the posting of your refund.
